3RD CONGRESS ON TOOTHTRANSPLANTATION, CUBEX CENTRE, PRAGUE: NEW DATE!

NEW DATES ARE MAY 19-21, 2022

Dear speakers, dear participants, dear colleagues,

Since the COVID-19 pandemic is going on with traveling restrictions and rules for social distancing we made a difficult decision to postpone the 3rd Congress on Tooth Transplantation until 2022. This is sad but your safety is our highest priority.

Congress course: May 19 – May 21, 2022

Consensus meeting: May 22, 2022

We are determined to maintain the lay-out and the schedule of keynote lectures, short oral presentations and posters as has been planned for this year, if possible.

Thank you for your understanding in these hard times which nobody could have foreseen and we hope to find the best way out of this situation and we hope that we can all meet in 2022 in full health!

3RD CONGRESS ON TOOTHTRANSPLANTATION, CUBEX CENTRE, PRAGUE: NEW DATE!

After long discussions a new date has been found for the 3rd Congress on Tooth Transplantation! We have carefully evaluated dates of conferences planned next year and we have established a new date:

Congress course and main scientific program:
May 13 – May 15, 2021

Now we kindly ask you to confirm if you would be willing to participate next year when we all believe the Coronavirus pandemic will be gone. We would prefer to leave the lay-out and the schedule of keynote lectures, short oral presentations and posters as has been planned for this year.

Please let us know, if you would agree with this arrangement.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

Dear participants,

You have been informed recently the 3rd Congress on Toothtransplantation has been postponed until 2021. We will announce the new dates as soon as possible.

All registered participants are offered the following conditions:
  1. 1. Stay with us: Fully paid registration fee will be moved to the new dates under the same conditions (we guarantee the registration fee will not be increased)

  2. 2. Those who opt-out and confirm their cancellation in writing within two weeks we will return the registration fee in full less 30 EUR manipulation fee. The deadline is April 1, 2020.

  3. 3. Make move as Opt-out: Those who will not cancel their registration until the deadline April 1, 2020 we will automatically move their registration fee to the new dates.

  4. 4. Cancellation after the deadline April 1, 2020, the following cancellation will apply:

    from April 2, 2020 until May 4, 202150% of the registration fee
    from May 5, 2021 no refund

3RD CONGRESS ON TOOTHTRANSPLANTATION, CUBEX CENTRE, PRAGUE, 28-30TH MAY 2020 - IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE COVID-19 DISEASE: POSTPONING UNTIL 2021!

Dear speakers, dear participants, dear colleagues,

We have spent 2 full years preparing this congress, have invested a lot of our time into the preparation, however because of the very unfortunate and extraordinary COVID-19 pandemic, we are sorry to inform you that we have decided to postpone this great scientific meeting until next year!

The Czech Ministry of Healthcare and Security Council of the Czech Republic have issued a decree prohibiting vast majority of international travels for 90 days and have cancelled all home or international events in order to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and minimize associated health risks.

We are determined to maintain our program as has been created for this year and we are currently looking for an alternative date in 2021.

Further information about registration, accommodation and other associated organization issues will be provided to all of you as soon as possible.

We would like to thank you for your understanding in these hard times which nobody could have foreseen and we hope to find the best way out of this situation and we hope that we can all meet next year in full health!

Dear Sir / Madame

We closely watch the medical situation in China and Asia for further development. So far there were NO COVID – 19 infections diagnosed in the Czech Republic. The Chief Public Health Officer of Ministry of Health has introduced supportive and control measures at Prague airport and advised against travel to affected areas in China.

We will monitor the situation in Europe and rest of the world and we will issue further information when necessary or relevant. We expect the medical situation to be contained within certain areas of the world.
